A bit about therapy

Personalized support in a safe place

I can help you explore and bring forth any behavioral patterns that you may not be aware is getting in the way of your desired changes, happiness or success. I can introduce coping skills and techniques that can help you manage your worries and sadness. Psychotherapy is a unique experience where one can make meaningful changes exploring and developing greater self-awareness. I’ll work with you to strengthen your skills and abilities that most people do not realize they already possess. I invite you to call for a free consultation to see how I can help.

“It’s not too difficult to get the skeletons out of the closet with people, but to get the gold out is a different matter. That is therapy. Psychology is the Art of finding the gold of the spirit.” ~Robert Johnson

Inspirational Quotes

“Perfectionism is a self destructive and addictive belief system that fuels this primary thought: If I look perfect, and do everything perfectly, I can avoid or minimise the painful feelings of shame, judgment, and blame.”

Brene Brown

“Somehow we’ve come to equate success with not needing anyone. Many of us are willing to extend a helping hand, but we’re very reluctant to reach out for help when we need it ourselves. It’s as if we’ve divided the world into “those who offer help” and “those who need help.” The truth is that we are both.”

Brene Brown

“Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome.”

Brene Brown
