COVID-19-QUARANTINE

Let’s see challenges as opportunities for growth. Aside from all the uncertainties happening all over the world, I have to say, I have enjoyed the long bike rides with my boys without a timeline. The freedom of not having to be on schedule is liberating.

Currently, there are still a lot of unknowns about the virus. Everyday there are sudden changes into how we live our everyday lives and one of the normal reaction to this is anxiety. If we fail to manage our anxiety and allow it to stay in our body, it can cause further health problems such as weakening the immune system, depression and heart disease. To prevent this from happening, we can learn to recognize and validate our anxiety and then use this energy to focus on the things that we can control. Such as getting the facts through a reliable source (CDC or WHO website) and understand what you can do to protect yourself and your family.
